Yes it’s very good product it worked really well for my toddlers constipation but I am not sure about it’s safety as I have learned that it contains ashwaganda whose safety is not known in young kids like 3 years old so I am bit doubtful otherwise it’s fine

I am still using it for my 10 year old. I can’t review it but can only say that it’s a fine powdered supplement to be dissolved in a glass of milk. I bought it in vanilla flavor. But my son adds roohafza to enhance the taste of the drink.
